The Kitchen at The Republic will partner with local purveyors to bring our guests fresh and flavorful Texas-inspired dishes. With everything from Chicken Fried Steak to Texas Caviar, the bold influences of Texas will be tasted in every dish!
For those looking to wet their whistles, The Bar at the Republic will boast 20 beers on draft including Texas classics and Local craft. The Republic will have a great selection of spirits and Texas-Infused cocktails, including delicious frozen concoctions for those hot summer days. For the grape enthusiasts, we will have a wonderful selection of wine from all over the world including the best that the great State of Texas has to offer.
We are not only about great food and drinks! The Republic prides itself on being a place where our community can come and have some fun. We will offer vintage arcade games, darts, and an old-fashioned jukebox indoors. On our covered patio, we will offer family-friendly yard games such as cornhole, giant Jenga, and connect four. The Republic will also be a sports fans haven with large screen TVs scattered throughout the restaurant. We will have The NFL package as well as Monday Night Football food and drink features.
